Who we are

CareFrame is operated by 256 Group Pty Ltd (ABN 15 699 759 352), Melbourne, Victoria ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Details you give us when you reserve or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and order details, including the colour you choose.
Information collected automatically when you visit our site, such as your device, browser, pages viewed and how you arrived, through cookies and similar technologies.

Card payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To manage your reservation, take payment, process refunds and deliver your screen.
To contact you about your reservation, including when your screen is ready.
To send you news about CareFrame if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To understand how people use our site and to measure and improve our advertising.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and pixels from Shopify, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to run the site, measure visits and show and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run CareFrame, such as Shopify (our store and checkout), payment processors, email providers, advertising platforms and, later, delivery companies. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@careframe.com.au. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
