Refund policy

The short version

Your A$20 reservation is fully refundable, any time before you pay the balance. Just email us.

Reservations

Your A$20 reservation holds one CareFrame screen for you at A$254 instead of the A$299 launch price (15% off). Your A$20 comes off that price, so you pay the remaining A$234 when your screen is ready to ship. It is never an extra cost. First deliveries are expected late 2026 to early 2027.

To cancel, email hello@careframe.com.au with your order number at any time before you pay the balance. We will refund the full A$20 to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

When your screen is ready to ship, we will email you to pay the balance. If you decide not to go ahead at that point, tell us and we will refund your reservation in full.

If we can't deliver, for any reason, we will refund your reservation in full without you needing to ask.

Our full returns terms for screens will be sent to you before you pay the balance, so you can read them before you commit.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
